Q. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and hopefully this will not be a problem in your Lodge.
A. Our Lodge is a smoke-free facility. Proper ventilation in each room and large airy verandah would make your stay more comfortable.
Q. Do you have a refrigerator in the rooms?
A. Yes, all our rooms of Premium and Superior category have Minibars.
Q. Is an airport transfer/railway pick-up service available?
A. Yes, we can arrange pickup from Airport as well as from the local train station.
Q. Do you have cars on hire for us in Agra for local shopping and sightseeing?
A. Yes, we can arrange for a private car and dependable, knowledgeable driver for local shopping and sightseeing as well as for excursions to attractions.
Q. Can you assist us with booking of internal flights and train tickets?
A. Yes, we can assist you with these services.
Q. Do you have access to an electric current converter so that we can use our American-engineered (110v) appliances?
A. Yes, we can provide a converter for your use.
Q . We are bringing a laptop computer and will need access to the Internet while we are residing with you. Do you have arrangements for this?
A. We have Wi-Fi connections available in the Lodge. But you need to bring your WiFi enabled laptop to access the same.
Q. Can you arrange rental of a mobile phone for our use while in India?
A. No, But we can assist you in getting a mobile phone.
Q. What is the schedule of meals at the Lodge?
A. Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, but this schedule can be changed to accommodate the needs of the guest. In addition, lunch and/or dinner can be provided for a nominal charge, with three hours advance notice.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes we accept all kind of cards at no service charge.
